About us
One move. Done right.
We started MOOVERS.ONE because moving from one state to another was harder than it needed to be, and most of the difficulty came from how the work was organized.
Why we started
Anyone who has moved across the country knows the pattern. You collect a handful of quotes, none of them quite comparable. The company that wins the booking passes the job to another one. Your furniture shares a truck with strangers' furniture and waits in a warehouse until the route works out.
None of that is necessary. A household can be loaded on one truck, driven straight to the new address and unloaded by the same crew that loaded it. It is how a good move has always worked. We set out to make that the standard, not the exception.
What we do
MOOVERS.ONE is a network of moving companies that agree to the same rules. You choose your route and date, tell us about your home, and we match you with a company on that route. We stay in the picture from your first request until the last box is in.
Every move is a direct move. A company that wants to share a truck between customers does not belong in the network, however good its rates.
Our story
How the network came together
The idea
A simple question: why does a move between two states involve so many hand-offs? The answer, once we looked closely, was shared loads and middlemen.
The rules
Before we signed up a single company, we wrote down what a good move looks like. Direct service, clear estimates, paperwork in writing and one point of contact.
The network
We started with movers who already worked that way and held the right federal registrations. The network grows route by route, and a company joins only when it meets the same standard.
Today
MOOVERS.ONE now handles moves between states, from short crossings to coast-to-coast. The promise is the same as on day one.
What we stand for
Three things we will not compromise on
Direct service
Your belongings stay on one truck from your old home to your new one. That rule applies to every company in the network.
Proper credentials
We expect the companies we work with to be registered for interstate moves and to be open about it. See our compliance page.
